The MSBA Handbook was revised in 2024. The Handbook is designed to assist local school boards and board members in meeting the many and varied responsibilities of their roles as they govern the public education of the students in their charge. It is hoped that this publication benefits both individuals just beginning service as board members and those with years of experience.
